Because we saw exhibitions around the world which we wanted to bring to Portugal, without finding solutions for this desire.
When we saw that there was a lacuna in the cultural market which limited access to so many interesting projects we thought:
“Why not play a dynamic role, creating a synergy of interests and capacities? The aim was to showcase relevant cultural production which would otherwise be neglected or overlooked.”
This was how TE was born: the result of a profound passion for the arts, especially photography, and an interest in discovering and sharing. We firmly believe that Portugal is a hotspot for ideas, creativity and curiosity.
