Ana Pérez-Quiroga | Visual Artist
In the sixth video of the SHARING ART THOUGHTS series, we present the perspective of the Portuguese visual artist Ana Pérez-Quiroga. Her most recent exhibition, entitled “De que casa eres? Los niños de Rusia. Episodios de un cotidiano #3”, is being shown at the Vieira da Silva Municipal Gallery, in Loures, with public visits suspended due to the pandemic and awaiting the opening of cultural spaces.
Ana Pérez-Quiroga lives in Lisbon and exhibits her work with installation, objects, photography and performance art since 1999, both nationally and internationally. In addition to her artistic activity, Pérez-Quiroga is also an academic researcher at CHAIA (Centre for Art History and Artistic Research) at the University of Évora.
